Personal tuition advice on nutrition, and all health related issues is available from any of the fully trained instructors. The exceptional facilities include fitness studio, fully equipped gym, twenty metre indoor pool with poolside sauna suite and Jacuzzi with woodland views, tennis courts and squash court. There is also a casual lounge area for pre or post exercise recuperation.
Situated within the lounge area you will find out on site shop displaying a fine range of leisure wear to purchase.
The fully equipped gym is one of the most prestigious in the area with individual TV screens with Sky on many of the cardio vascular machines.
Other membership benefits include discount at all social events, food and beverage, restaurant and sport clothes purchased from the on site shop.
