What is Stretch & Tone?
Put simply, Stretch and Tone is a resistance-based conditioning method. Using these forms of exercise were originally structured to be used for injured dancers, to enable them to build back their strength and prepare them for getting back into high intensity activity. Through the use of stretching, Stretch and Tone looks to build your flexibility and enhance your posture and balance.
