Job Title: Assistant Leisure Manager
Supporting the smooth running of a leisure centre, you’ll ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of customers and colleagues alike.
There’s no such thing as a typical day as an Assistant Leisure Manager.
That’s what makes this hands-on role so special. Here, you could be doing anything from producing reports, doing building checks, ensuring staff compliance with health, safety and fire procedures, to inspiring your team to be the best they can be.
As an Assistant Leisure Manager, you’ll need to be on the ball with all aspects of your centre including the various leisure classes that are taking place such as TRX, Fitball, yoga, pilates, zumba, spinning, circuit training, legs, bums & tums, aqua classes, line dancing lessons, stretch & tone workouts as well as the gym facilities and leisure industry as a whole.
We’re also looking for an Assistant Leisure Manager with a leisure degree or equivalent experience, such as a NPLQ, or a PPO, experience in Sales and deep knowledge of leisure centre operations and a track record of managing in a busy wet/dry leisure centre.
