Health & Fitness Classes

Classes are FREE to all Health & Fitness members and group exercise is a great, fun way to stay motivated and meet new like-minded people. Check out our new timetable which includes Zumba, TRX, Pump and Blast, SpinningAqua AerobicsYoga, Pilates, Line Dancing, Circuit Training and everything in-between.

Other classes include:

Stretch & Tone
An all over body conditioning class using various pieces of equipment to ensure an increase in muscle tone, strength & endurance.

Legs, Bums and Tums
This is a multi stationed fun aerobic session.

Blast & Pump
This 45 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best free weight exercise like squats, presses, lifts & curls. Blast & pump will strengthens your entire body & help you to get the results you desire.

Fit Ball
This class uses stability balls & free weights to ensure that you improve your balance, strength & stamina. All bookings can be made up to a week in advance.
