What is Personal Training? It’s exactly what it says it is – assisted exercise training that is personal to you. We all need assistance from time to time to help us achieve our fitness goals. You may be struggling to stay motivated and challenged at the gym or find that your current workout routine is not giving you the results you expected.

Some people think that personal training is for elite athletes, the super-fit or film stars, but absolutely everyone can benefit from one-to-one instruction with everything tailored to your own needs.

Members:
1 Hour personal training from £30:00

Non Members:
1 Hour personal training £35.00

What qualifications do your instructors have?

All of our instructors are qualified to at least Level 3 personal training and they bring a great range of experience to the job. Read their bio’s by following this link.

I’m not at all fit, should I get in better shape first?

Not if you don’t want to. Personal training is for everyone and right from the first steps we’ll advise how to build things gently with an enjoyable and attainable program.

Do I need to book lots of sessions?

Well it will always help to join us for regular training but even just one or two sessions can help you to receive sound advice and some dietary and lifestyle tips.

You offer free classes. What more does personal training really offer?

LOTS! – It’s all about delivering exactly the right exercise, advice and motivation for YOU. Classes such as stretch & toneindoor cyclingyoga, pilateszumba, aqua aerobicslegs, bums & tums workouts, circuit training programs, TRX classes, Fit Ball sessionsline dancing are still a great way to exercise but fine-tuning things with one-to-one sessions really is worthwhile.
