Meet our Atrium Head Chef – Stewart Robson


Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Stewart has an array of experience from beginning his career as a Head Chef at the age of 25 in a high quality Italian restaurant, later developing a passion in French cuisine after spending a year travelling France.

From here his career continued to grow after accepting a role at Maze, London working for Gordon Ramsay, and after this continued his journey with Marco Pierre White. Going on to work in Michelin starred restaurants before settling with his family in Devon to head up our Atrium restaurant.

“My favourite thing to cook and I do at least once a week is scotch pancakes, This was the first thing I made with my father when I decided I wanted to be a chef at the age of 8.”
