Happy New Year from the Group Fitness Team at Woodbury Park!

Our group exercise classes are a motivating and fun way to get active and stay active throughout the winter months. Each class is led by one of our super star instructors, who will help you exercise safely and get results for all fitness levels and abilities. 

Look out for the Les Mills class launches this January, dates can be found on the booking system or at the club reception. The launch showcases each programme, and is a great way to kick start your fitness. These programmes are results driven and challenge all levels and styles of fitness.

  • BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts
  • Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life
  • Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way

Our new timetable has begun and we are pleased to be introducing Friday Party Night Cycle and Thai Chi to our range of classes on offer. Thai Chi classes will be taught by Sam Forder, who has been practicing the art since 2002. He looks forward to welcoming all abilities to his classes to have fun and experience the health and stress relieving benefits.

Swim school has started also, running for 6 weeks. If you haven’t already re-booked or would like to start your child in the lessons, please speak to someone at the health and fitness reception and we can sort this out for you.
