We have Kieran who specialises in weight management, mobility training and sports specific training (which is particularly useful with pre-season coming up).

Dawn specialises in sports rehabilitation, pre & post natal and weight loss.

Sylvia offers personal training in flexibility, running events and weight loss.

Kathryn specialises in weight loss and sports rehabilitation.

New Studio Timetable

If One to One is not for you, the new studio timetable offers over 90 classes which continue to cover the broadest possible spectrum. There are a few new classes for you to try out, including Morning Yoga, Barre, Boxercise and HIIT Aqua. For more information please check the latest timetable and get yourselves booked in.
