Early Morning Group Cycle
Join us before the rigours of your working day in our bespoke indoor cycle studio using our modern, stationary and smart exercise bikes. You will feel uplifted, cycling to motivating tunes that take you on a cycle experience, will improve your cardio fitness, muscle strength & endurance, and will surely set you up for the day ahead. Please book early to ensure a place.
Friday Night Classes
We have three excellent classes on Friday night that will allow you to enter the weekend guilt-free and perhaps even enjoy that BBQ or cheeky Prosecco!
Body Pump at 18.15-19.00
Group Cycle at 18.15-19.00
Body Combat at 19.10-19.55
These classes invariably have a handful of spare places by Friday afternoon, so please call to confirm your place.
1. Please note that over the school summer holiday period, you will notice that on some occasions, your regular instructor may be replaced by another. But, don’t worry, all of our instructors are excellent and will ensure that the high standards of your classes are maintained.
2. The Body Balance class on Tuesday evenings at 8pm will have a new instructor; Aileen (replacing Cheryl). She is a qualified Les Mills instructor and comes highly recommended. Please welcome her to the Team.
3. The Yoga Class on Sunday morning at 9.30am has a new instructor; Ash has previously been a cover instructor, but due to popular demand, he now has his own slot on Sunday. Well done Ash!
