Details:
Doors will open from 5:30pm, via our clubhouse, front entrance.
Please ensure you have your tickets ready at this point to allow for smooth entry to the venue, this is a ticket only event.
Fireworks will launch at 7:00pm; please arrive to the venue with plenty of time to allow for parking, entry and to get your space.
Food and drink will be available to purchase on the night.
Other Amenities:
Our Strike Shack, Aura Spa, health club and pro shop will be closed from 4:00pm on the day and the car park will need to be vacated, to allow for preparation.
Our Clubhouse will stop normal service from 2:00pm, doors will then reopen from 5:30pm for ticket holders only.
Parking:
Please be aware we have limited parking spaces available, where possible we encourage car sharing as spaces will be on a first come basis.
There will be a drop off point available for anyone who wishes to get a lift to the event.
Due to the scale of the event we will be unable to offer use of our EV charging bays on the night, in order to maximise use of our car park.
There will be a limited amount of disabled parking bays available, which will be monitored by our parking marshals.
Payment:
Woodbury Park is a card only site.
Refunds:
Tickets for our firework display are non refundable.
If you are unable to attend the event after purchase, you are welcome to give your ticket to some one else, these tickets will be named and unable to be redeemed twice.
Fireworks/ Sparklers:
In the interest of safety; personal use of fireworks and/or sparklers will not be permitted, anyone found doing so will politely be asked to leave.
