You can check in for your stay with us from 3pm onwards. Check out is 11am. If you are staying in one of our lodges, check in from 3pm, and check out at 10am. For early check in and late check out, please contact our reception desk on the day of arrival.

If you book on our flexible rate, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Should you book on an advance purchase rate, this is non refundable and non transferable. For groups of 8 or more, separate terms and conditions will apply.

We are operating as a cashless business. Card types accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Parking is complimentary on site. We have 3 electric vehicle charging points on site for your use.

Our Healthclub is open from 6am until 9pm Monday to Thursday, and Friday 6am until 8pm, Saturday and Sunday is 7.30am until 8pm. Use of these facilities is complimentary with your Hotel stay. You can collect a towel free of charge from reception and will require a pound coin/token for the locker. Childrens swim times are Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday are 9am – 8pm. To use the Hyropool, Sauna and Steam room you must be over 16.

If you are celebrating a special occasion with us please do let our team know! We can put a complimentary Birthday card in the room for you, and have additional packages available to help you celebrate. Take a look at the add ons section of your booking for items such as Bathrobes and Slippers to a bottle of Champagne.

Complimentary Wifi is available throughout the Hotel. Our Reception team will provide the code for this on check in.

We have a driving range on site which is available for your use, and also 2 golf courses, a 9 hole and 18 hole which you can book to use. To make a booking please contact 01395 233382.

We have tennis courts, driving range, golf course, gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydropool and Aura Spa

Our Aura Spa offers a wide range of treatments for you to book. Visit www.woodburyparkhotel.com to view our list of treatments. As our Spa is very popular we recommend booking in advance to avoid dissapointment. Call 01395 233382 to make a reservation.

Our Hotel guests are welcome to use our Creche, but will need to make a reservation in advance, by calling 01395 233382.

Our Pulse bar serves breakfast from 6.30am – 9.30am Monday to Friday, and 7am – 10am at weekends. Dinner service starts at 6pm with last orders at 8.45. Our Bar is open until 11pm.

We accept dogs in our Lodges and Deluxe Rooms.

Lympstone is our nearest train station, which is 4 miles from the Hotel. We are located a short drive from the M5.
