Health & Fitness Classes

Classes are FREE to all Health & Fitness members! Our selection of Les Mills and other popular classes are a great, fun way to stay motivated, fit, and meet like-minded people.

Check out our current timetable, which includes: Fitball, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Line Dancing, Zumba, Sh’Bam, Body Combat, Body Balance, Body Pump, Body Attack and HIIT. In addition, we have a state-of-the-art Group Cycle Studio with space for 14 cyclists.
